Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Kenline Credit platform and submitting a loan application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be:

• At least 18 years of age.
• A resident of Uganda with a valid National ID.
• An active user of MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money.

3. Loan Approval and Disbursement

All loan approvals are subject to our automated and manual credit assessment processes. Kenline Credit reserves the right to decline any application without disclosing the exact algorithms used. Upon approval, funds will be disbursed to the registered mobile money number provided.

4. Repayment and Penalties

You agree to repay the principal and interest on or before the agreed due date. Late payments will incur a penalty fee of 5% of the outstanding balance per week. Persistent default may result in reporting to Credit Reference Bureaus (CRB) in Uganda and legal debt collection actions.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
